Dimora Lumière was born from the desire of a group of friends to share a place that, for us, represents home, refuge, and a return to our roots.
Here in Fontanigorda, in the heart of the Alta Val Trebbia, we spent our childhood learning to listen to the silence of the woods, the gentle sound of the fountain water, and the simple, authentic rhythm of life far from the city — surrounded by family and days spent playing outdoors.
Even now, as adults, we still find that same feeling of home and simplicity here.
A place that, year after year, has become part of who we are. As we often say, “this water now runs through our veins.”
With Dimora Lumière, we wanted to create a welcoming starting point for those who wish to discover these places with the same sense of wonder that captured us so many years ago.

Our carefully renovated apartments combine comfort with the warm feeling of home, even while on holiday. Spacious kitchens, modern bathrooms with large showers, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms — from the furnishings to the mattresses — are all created to ensure truly restful nights.
The larger apartments also feature a comfortable living area with a sofa.
All apartments are equipped with new appliances, dishwasher, heating, TV, and Wi-Fi.

How to Reach Us
From Genoa
Follow the signs for the SS45 (Val Trebbia State Road).
Drive through Bargagli and Torriglia, continuing towards Piacenza.
At Loco, turn right and follow the signs to Fontanigorda.

From Milan
Take the A7 motorway towards Genoa and exit at Busalla.
Continue towards Casella, then follow the signs for Montebruno / Val Trebbia until you reach Fontanigorda.

From Piacenza
Follow the SS45 (Val Trebbia State Road) through Rivergaro, Bobbio, and Marsaglia in the direction of Genoa.
Continue along the valley following the signs for Fontanigorda.
